A time for change, turmoil, and blossoming connections

I
Green eyes gaze shy from
cozy cafe corner pry,
amethyst infused.

II
Bubbles of sorrow
float in volcanic waters,
broken family.

III
Mystery poison
rushes through goddesses’ veins,
melancholic sick.

VII
Acceptance: let go
of this which cannot be fixed,
grieving equinox.

V
Betrayal to self,
dread after cherry-coloured
funk-scented wakings.

VI
Waves sing me awake,
Ocean surrounds worried minds
with life-lust hereness.

VII
Marketing goblins!
Office shenanigans spark
companionship sounds.

VIII
Stargazing elven
writers embracing souls with
secret green glances.

IX
Amber yellow dusks
on the road filled with magic,
laughter, wolf pack pacts.

X
Women who fight in
lone faraway company,
sisterhood prevails.

XI
Connection blooming,
green gaze to closeness and touch,
cherry-blossom soft.

Whatever the future holds, I hope that all of you are in it: friends old and new who make the way worth walking; and family, always challenging, but well-loved regardless (if often from a safe distance),

and you, my you, who brings a silly smile to my face. 🌹
